Therapy for Men & Men's Issues

Many men move through life looking like they have it together while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what's actually going on beneath the surface. You may be carrying stress, relationship strain, anger, grief, self-doubt, or a persistent sense that something feels off — and not quite have the words for it yet.

Therapy can be a space to pause, understand yourself better, and work with the patterns that affect your relationships, your emotions, and your sense of self.

I offer therapy for men and masculine-identified adults in St. Louis. Our work may focus on emotional awareness, relationship patterns, identity, communication, life transitions, and building a more grounded and intentional way of living.

MY APPROACH

The goal isn't to change who you are

My approach is relational and collaborative. Many men have learned to push through, stay busy, or keep difficult things to themselves — and that can work for a while, but it often comes at a cost.

In our work together, we slow things down and pay attention to what's happening internally and in relationships. We may identify patterns that keep showing up, build emotional awareness without sacrificing directness, explore how stress or past experiences shape the way you respond, and work with anger, grief, shame, or disconnection in a more constructive way.

The goal isn't to change who you are — it's to give you more awareness, more choice, and a different way of relating to yourself and the people in your life.
