Couples Therapy & Relationship Counseling
Relationships can be a source of joy, meaning, and real challenge. You might be stuck in recurring patterns, struggling to communicate, or noticing a growing distance between you and your partner. You may feel like you’ve lost yourself in the relationship or like you’re not sure how to reach your partner anymore.
Couples therapy and relationship counseling in St. Louis can offer a space to understand what’s happening with you and what’s happening between you — and to build a more intentional relationship together.

MY APPROACH
We’ll work with what’s actually happening between you
My approach draws on evidence-based and relational models, including training in the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy. Rather than staying at the surface of what’s being said, we’ll work with what’s actually happening between you — thoughts, emotions, and reactions as they arise in real time.
Together, we’ll identify recurring patterns, build communication skills that hold up in real moments, and develop tools for navigating conflict without disconnecting. Over time, this can help you respond with more awareness and less reactivity, and begin to shift what keeps you stuck.
This work is about understanding yourselves, understanding each other, and building a relationship that feels more connected and sustainable.

WHO THIS IS FOR
I work with:
Romantic partners — married, dating, newly dating, or long-term
Polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships
New partners considering deeper commitment or a shared life
Co-parents working toward more consistent, collaborative parenting
Siblings and family members navigating tension or rupture
Friends working through conflict or trying to repair a relationship
